We pride ourselves at being able to dispatch your order within 24 hours with 80% of orders dispatched within 6 hours of placing your order. You may request to cancel your order through our Contact Us page within an hour of your order being placed.
We will also attempt to accommodate requests received beyond the first hour, however, we regret that if the package has already been packed and dispatch that we may not be able to make any changes. If you find yourself in this situation, you may still request for an exchange under our Returns Policy.
Returns and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied in any way with the product that you have purchased, please let us know via our Contact Us form within 14 days of receipt of the product. You should only send the product back after receiving a confirmation from our Customer Services and receiving a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
In order to qualify for a return, product seals (if any) needs to be unbroken and product must be unused. Returned products and its packaging must also be received in reasonably good condition. The cost of return shipping will need to be borne by the returnee and may be reimbursed only if the item was received defective or damaged or if the product received was sent due to our error.
To help you with the returns, simply follow these 4 steps:
1) Contact Us within 14 days of receipt of the product to inform us of your intention to return.
2) Ensure that you’ve received an email confirmation from our Customer Services for the return.
3) Securely pack the item to return in order to prevent any damage during shipping.
4)Seal the item together with your delivery note and email confirmation from our Customer Services in order to facilitate the processing.
While it is not necessary, we recommend that you send the product by registered or insured post so that the parcel may be tracked. This is especially so if the item is of a high value.
