Singaporegot this toner after hearing interesting reviews about this brand. i think this is a very good toner for oily to combination skin types but there are better hydrating essences that you can use if you have dry skin. Quite enjoyed using it, easy to use and it really smells good.
Singaporelight hydrating toner that's great for oily skin. it did not feel mucky and gets fully absorbed without much residue. Very nice fragrance like vanilla and cinnamon.
