How To Use

Dispense a suitable amount - about 1 pump per leg - and warm up in your hands by rubbing your palms together.

Holding your ankles with both hands, gently run your hands up towards the knee as you apply gentle pressure. Then hold on to your thighs with both hands, gently squeeze and twist your thighs starting from above the knee and towards the groin.

Repeat the above 5 -6 times and on both legs.
